I’m supposed to believe a farmer doesn’t know that chickens aren’t livestock? I don’t know if what she did was legal. She mentions that the dog whipped around to bite her when she tried to stop the attack on the chickens. That’s it. She doesn’t say the dog actually bit anyone. The goat didn’t kill any livestock. She was just an angry person with a gun that day.

I don’t know what the strategy is in sharing this story and showing no remorse whatsoever, but perhaps, as a pp suggested, she knew somebody was going to go public with it and she decided to do it on her own terms.[/quote]
