Thing is though, if Hogan wins and caucuses with Republicans, Donald Trump and MAGA Majority Leader will be setting the agenda, not “moderate” Larry Hogan.  Sure, [i]maybe[/i] once every 3 or 4 years he’ll vote against something you hate, but he’ll do so only if he’s been given permission beforehand because his vote isn’t needed.  He will never ever EVER provide the deciding vote against something desired by Donald Trump or MAGA.[/quote]

If you want MAGA policies, by all means vote for Larry Hogan because that’s what you’ll be getting.  Just don’t delude yourself into thinking that putting Larry Hogan in the U.S. Senate for 6 years will lead to more moderate legislation or SC justices.  It won’t.  Being a senator is nothing like being a governor.[/quote]
