Former White House Lawyer (under Trump) thinks that the SCOTUS could rule 9-0 against Trump

This Yale law professor thinks that a majority of SCOTUS is likely to see the originist intent of 14.3 and should rule in favor of Colorado.  He has very sound reasoning for each individual justice for why they should support each individual state's decision on how to conduct elections (rather than a nationwide ruling).

There are many more opinion pieces out there that suggest that SCOTUS could support Colorado, so it is not so cut-and-dried as this PP makes it out to be.[/quote]
