Cities like Paris and London are full of suburbs with high rise subsidized apartments with struggling populations and crime. They aren't the poshest cities around. Those would poshest be spots where the rich ski or summer or live, which are probably random towns, rural places or coastal overlooks where they have their mansions. I'm thinking Megeve, Ascot, the Hamptons, Aspen etc.[/quote]
