You are right. It will get worse.

I grew up close to Allen. No one from DC will take guns away from the people who live there, and it is unlikely anyone from Austin will, either.

I am in my late 40s. The men I grew up with have been hunting deer, quail, ducks, etc., since they were 11 or 12. They are way more comfortable with using firearms than anyone I know here that has not served in the armed forces, For every person you hear complaining about their access to guns, there is someone there talking about Washington starting a problem they are left to fix it.

So you believe in local control for Texas, but not for the rest of America. All of us should live just like you do in Texas? How about the rest of the world . . . do you believe that for them as well? [/quote]
