Maybe that's the type of home available in their preferred area? Maybe they need the space for their activities and lifestyle? Maybe they work from home and need tons of office space? There are a ton of reasons why a couple might go that route that have nothing to do with what other people think. Nothing wrong with TH or SFH, people just choose what works for them. [/quote]
