I have a short drive into DC every morning and it’s overwhelming the smell of weed.  There are also multiple car bang ups and crashes every morning and afternoon.  It has been a real increase if those.  I was just telling my kids o definitely think it’s correlated to the pervasive pot use by drivers.  C street tunnel it’s so strong, like it’s being piped in.[/quote]

Not at all. If a cop can’t tell if a driver is impaired then the driver must not be very impaired in the first place. Just do a field sobriety test if you suspect impairment.[/quote]
