[/quote] I assume PP is referring to Betsy Devos’s changes to Title IX with respect to how schools handle investigations into sexual assault, granting the accused more rights and limiting some investigative powers. I remember that being a big story a few years ago, while she was Trump’s Secretary of Education. No idea if that played a part here, but there was concern at the time about the impact of the changes on investigation of assault allegations in schools and universities.[/quote]
