It started out in very UNpopulated, rural areas where it could have easily been downed at no risk. It them traveled all the way across the US to populated, highly secure areas where it scooped up intelligence and communication and transmitted that back to China. At best, Biden's decision NOT to down it shows he is risk-averse and will let our enemies walk all over us. At worse, his decision could mean he is somehow compromised. Neither is good. [/quote]
