The above post is where I was last year. Today my total net worth is $6.994 million, down around $1.2 million from last year. IRAs are down to about $3.9 million, brokerage account is down to $920k, and crypto (lol) is down a whopping 80 percent to $58k. Real estate equity is about the same, notwithstanding the market downturn, because I’ve paid down mortgages. Considering my net worth today is about $2.5 million more than it was when I retired eight years ago, I’m ok with this. (I’m the early retired big firm lawyer btw). [/quote]
