Everything they propose is intended to discriminate against minority and/or young voters either directly by creating barriers or indirectly by giving local officials discretionary authority knowing the Republican officials will use it to discriminate and rig elections. You know this is true. Everyone knows this is true. They have admitted repeatedly that this is all about partisan advantage and nothing else. They are afraid of free and fair elections. [/quote]
