It has always been there and had always been used- for decades.[/quote] There are more ‘walkers’ this year. More people crossing from Baptist church over toward school. More crossing from Chesterbrook pool over. More walking down Kirby and over. More parking along Park and walking. It’s a dog-eat-dog world on Kirby. [/quote]
