OP tarot card reader, if you are still reading and answering questions, can you give me some career guidance? Is it worth it to keep applying to jobs? Will I ever get another opportunity? What am I doing wrong? What direction should I be going in? Why doesn't it dawn on my employer that they should offer to pay me more?
Hey there! I do want to do a reading for you and answer everything you may have, but there are too many questions for me to answer on here. There is the option to email me for a 10 minute in depth reading (still free, you receive an audio, email is in the original post) or if you wouldn't mind limiting it to just one or two.
Thank you! Sorry for so many questions! How about, is it worth it to keep applying for jobs? What direction should I be going on? Thanks!
Hello! In regards to if it's worth it to keep applying for jobs, I got the Ace of Cups and the King of Wands. The Ace of Cups suggests a new opportunity coming in and the King suggests taking a leadership role. It feels like should you keep applying, you will have a new opportunity come in that will allow you to take on a role that provides you with healthy challenges. I asked what if they stay where they are and pulled the 4 of Cups in reverse and the Knight of Cups. The 4 suggests you being stuck and the Knight suggests offers or new projects. So if you are currently feeling stuck in your situation, a new project could come in helping break up that routine. I pulled two final cards. I asked what is the outcome of the Ace and King and pulled the 7 of Swords. I asked the outcome for the 4 of Cups and Knight and pulled the 8 of wands. So should you take this new offer that offers you a leadership role, the offer may look better than it is. Sort of a bait and switch. The 7 of Swords is suggesting trickery and I feel like you may regret taking that offer in the end. However, should you stay where you are (4 of Cups and Knight of Cups), there may be upward movement in the future. This is suggested by the 8 of Wands and the Knight as well. I think you should pause the job search and give it a bit more time where you are. If in a month or two nothing is changing, start the search again. Should you choose to keep looking and applying, if you are indeed given an offer, make sure you think through if that is really what you want to do. Perhaps talking to your higher ups in your current job and letting it be known you want to take on something new may be what you need.
Thanks so much for your reading! Someone just approached me today initiating a discussion of a possible offer. Now I'm not sure what to do and wondering if it would turn out to be the "bait and switch" offer referenced in this reading!
This is where your intuition is going to come in. By bait and switch I meant that it may look really good when offered to you, but once you get there, it's kind of like "I can't believe I left my old job for this". The package is prettier than the gift. So, I would suggest you do some research into exactly what you will be doing with this new offer. Find out EXACTLY what that entails and ask questions. If it feels good in your gut, then go with it. I pulled a quick Oracle card for you and it says HOLD YOUR VISION. So is this job offer what you envisioned for yourself? Do you feel it will change your work habits and help your overall wellbeing in regards to your work environment? The cards can be used as guidance, but you have every answer you need within you. Trust yourself! If you have another specific question, I can pull again for you.
