He was handcuffed as soon as he exited his car. Mind you, Floyd was never identified as the person who passed a counterfeit bill. A counterfeit bill was never taken into custody. Floyd was never told why he was being handcuffed and arrested. And there was know information to ascertain whether Floyd knew the bill was counterfeit. The police fuccked this up from beginning to end. [/quote]
