Teachers need to get it through their thick heads that their funding is based on enrollment. If DC remains in hybrid while other districts are completely open, parents will vote with their feet and then teachers will be screwed. [/quote]

Perhaps you haven't noticed but:

1. DC is a city of transients -- people don't stick around long as it is.
