No, not all of them will.  Failing grades among high schoolers are a huge risk factor for dropping out.  With a bunch of kids feeling increasingly disengaged with school and facing the possibility of having to repeat classes in order to graduate, we will see an increased drop-out rate coming out of this.[/quote]
