[/quote] Most of the things you described here are irrelevant for fat loss. If you are losing weight it is because you have put yourself in a calories deficit. Also, of those 9lbs you lost, I would expect at least half to be explained by water fluctuations. You would need a daily deficit of over 2000 calories to lose that much fat. [/quote]
