Smith cleaned up Starr's mess. Got rid of the broken C2.0. Fixed magnet admissions which had been gamed by the wealthy and has the guts to take on a long-overdue boundary analysis. Most importantly he doesn't play dice with our children's lives but listens to public health experts on how to best handle corona. I actually like the guy.
