Thats another way of saying “our mailing list for this development”. Interestingly, they’re requiring an initial application in order to get a tour. It’s not a credit check but you are asked to disclose everything but. I know this is a way to weed out uninterested buyers but I did think it was a bit weird to ask for all this info before you get a tour. The language in their mailer is really hyping up the property and using words like “high demand” etc. very curious how sales unfold this winter.[/quote]
