The study was conducted by " organizational behavior and human resource management", which is a discipline that is a bit like social sciences - it's the study of human behavior in business and within companies (I have studied a bit of it, along with anthropology, including cultural anthropology - study of human behavior)

BTW, one of the folks on the study was a doctoral candidate from Stanford.  What's your phD in?

Two of those who conducted the study are from Canada, and they aren't as into BLM or "racism is everywhere" mantra, so I don't think they had an agenda.[/quote]
