Aggressively.[/quote] If you dig up and read the excellent Post series on the Youth Rehabilitation Act, one of the MANY scandals in how youth are adjudicated in DC is that gun charges are routinely reduced down to non gun charges by prosecutors- so as to avoid the consequences and Insuppose bother that would result. This, in a city that went all the way to the Supreme Court to keep legal, licensed guns out of residents 'hands. It's kind of rich.[/quote] It’s the NRA.
