My views don’t align with some of the loudest liberals. Look beyond the talking points, and understand we’re not all in agreement on everything. There’s no way I’ll vote for Trump, but I wasn’t thrilled about voting for Clinton in 2016.
Why? Because he’s a jerk? Aren’t most politicians? Because he’s dishonest? Aren’t most politicians dishonest? Ask yourself how things are going for you now and if you feel that his policies are working or not working.
I’m the pp you responded to. I am completely embarrassed to have him representing the US. His personal attacks on everyone who disagrees with him is a sign of a disturbed, unintelligent and petty person. I know 2 year olds who are better able to manage their emotions. He is a risk to this country’s security because he’s led around by his ego, and not solid foreign policy. His self-absorption and sexism make me want to throw things. He’s a bozo with zero understanding of how laws work, or how the different branches of government interact. He wants to sick the FCC on Saturday Night Live, a comedy sketch show, for not giving him fair and equal coverage. Seriously, WTAF? His attacks on science are well beyond what I can tolerate. I’ll shorten it to this list: NIH studies, sharpie on a map, anti-vax statements, interfering with the impartiality of scientific data. Should I continue, or do you get the idea? I will never, ever vote for Trump. I do judge people who can just look past all of this and vote for him. My gun-loving, republican-registered siblings couldn’t vote for him either.
This times a gazillion. I get that some people agree with Republican policies, but there are HUNDREDS of Republicans who would implement the EXACT SAME policies WITHOUT the mortifying behavior Trump displays on an hourly basis. What's wrong with Pence? He's a woman-hating throwback who will cut rich people's taxes and eliminate health care for the rest of us. VOTE FOR HIM.
