Interested to know this as well.  I'd be interested to move to this neighborhood.  Only data I can find ends at 2016 ... but states that 12.7% of Arlington VA households did not have a car [see: https://www.governing.com/gov-data/car-ownership-numbers-of-vehicles-by-city-map.html] guess they were all parents colocated in this one neighborhood.[/quote]
