Who's supplying them with combs, lice medication, shampoo, diapers, clothes, etc?

I stated upthread that most people placed in charged (and we're talking about BP) could withstand those situations day after day.

So yes, if there are two combs for every room, then boiling the comb between uses is better than nothing.  It's not efficient, but you and I have no clue what's available to BPs in terms of resources.
