Also, except for a couple of areas, most noticeably Long Island, and a few good tournaments, the rest of the country plays on a class based system. It's been discussed ad nauseum and USL doesn't have enough authority or incentives to change the system. But the idea of having no cap on the age is ridiculous too. There were 6 players who were 16 in this year's 2023 (8th grade) division. 3 of those played for MadLax. [/quote]
