Lying to a bank in order to get a loan to convince the NFL they should let him buy the Bills is bank fraud.

Trump is not the owner of the Bills because the NFL is smarter than you and didn’t want to get involved with him. That does not mean Trump didn’t lie to the bank.[/quote]

Silly - Banks don't take "lying" to lightly.  They perform their own decision based on what is provided by the borrower and then THEY determine whether or not they make the loan.[/quote]
