More than it already happens, it has only been a few years since all most all of them left and most still do. This isn’t an irreversible trend.

Beside the only people who really want to blow up the system are the middle class who moved to the crappy parts and are jealous of established parts. They feel it isn’t fair and have nothing to lose and everything to gain by reshuffling the deck. But their intent isn’t diversity, it is to fast track their schools to look like the NW ones they couldn’t afford.[/quote]
