I’m sorry but the council is only talking about the town center.  It’s not talking about the entire RM zone.  You think MarkPierzchala is the only person in the city of Rockville that wants more development? Would development at Town Center actually have a large impact on enrollment at RM? What percentage of RM students (the high school specifically, not the cluster) currently live in the Town Center condos? I can't imagine it's that many. [/quote]
