Some people don't want intellectual stimulation.  That sounds harsh, but it's totally true -- I have friends who SAH and haven't read a book in years, but are in the gym every day for hours.  They look amazing.

I personally would go nuts from the lack of stimulating conversation and the focus on physicality, but that's just because I'm a nerdy person who loves talking about anything and everything (with adults).  I work out an hour a day, and it's like pulling teeth for me, because it's so boring (even with something interesting to listen to/watch while I'm working out).

It takes all kinds to make the world turn.  Just like some enjoy being SAHM and some love WOH, there's no right or wrong way to live your life if it's making you happy.[/quote]
