Typically, they have more important things to worry about. Since you asked, US News ranking of High School Guidance Counselors: #11 Chicago, tied with Duke, Penn, Georgetown #15 (the next number) Notre Dame, tied with Rice, Berkeley, Vanderbilt. #19 (the next number) NU, tied with Caltech, Carnegie Mellon.
