Its because there are posts after posts about how FCB is the best at developing, how every single kid benefits from their academy style training, how parents all in complete Nirvana.  There needs to be a counter balance to that.  The only other club mentioned on DCUM that comes close to the extreme passion is with VYS, and it is the opposite, a lot of bashing.  Most other people know that there are both positives and negatives with their club and don't pretend it is totally different than any other club in the area.  There are a couple honest parents from FCB that post both positives and negatives, but almost all negative posts get bashed almost immediately multiple times.  [/quote]

I hear you, but for a long time there have been many more comments, anguished, confused, and otherwise displeased in some way, about Arlington, FCV, Spirit, McLean, and BRYC, among others, than about VYS (sometimes these comments don't mention the club; however, it's often possible to tell which one is being referenced). That radioactive VYS complaint fodder is ancient history by now, and it would take a team of thread-archaeologists with no life to fully unearth the toxin-dense sedimentary layers from that era. People being dissed in those threads may not even be alive any more.[/quote]
