I wish I could share examples, but I cannot.  My experience with the parents at Lafayette has been generally positive.  The community is suffering from a lack of trust and this must be addressed, but as several other posters mention, a DC Urban Moms thread is not the ideal forum.  Someone told me once that DC Urban Moms offers a newsletter with "real" parenting advice and the forums are really just a place to banter.  And so, let the banter continue, or better yet, let's enjoy summer vacation.  :roll: [/quote]
