Abuse is not  one of the charges. A restraining order,  a couple months of jail time, and DV counseling are the usual sentences for abusers and he will get out for time served.

The rest of the charges (sex trafficking, racketeering, transportation of prostitutes) will get dismissed. The transportation and racketeering should be something the escort agency is charged with. [/quote]

Kidnapping is one of the charges which is proved by the Cassie video. He beat her as she tried to escape. Dragged her back.
