I don't think so...his own phone footage shows her saying to him "I'm not mad at you, dude" with a huge smile. Then he shoots her and as her car veers off because she's been shot in the face 3x (while her foot was on the gas) [b]he calls after her "you fuccking biiitch." [/b]

This violence stands alone. It was cold blooded murder against a woman he decided instantaneously he didn't like and wanted power over.
