Our government doesn’t have that responsibility or authority. That’s not what the United States government is supposed to have the power and authority to do.

There isn’t a single issue that our government has gotten involved in that has been improved for the average citizen. It’s all about taking more taxpayer dollars and spending them on solutions that don’t work and do nothing to improve the lives of Americans.

This is untrue. What about student loans and Pell grants? what about economic reporting that the Fed bases monetary policy on? What about forcing unethical/illegal employers to pay workers overtime? What about cleaning up corporate toxic sites? What about head start? What about ensuring the food chain is safe? What about overseeing medicine contains the ingredients it is supposed to? There are tons of things our government does that improve the lives of every American.[/quote]
