But until Ben and Jen start talking again, things will continue moving at a snail's pace.

I’m sure they have significant marital income and/or debts just from the time period they were married that aren’t covered by the prenup.  He likely made money from his production company and residuals.  She may have taken a bath on that documentary.  There may be a fight about whether to split the losses on the documentary that he clearly never wanted made.  [/quote]
