People are saying they are cheaper apartments that families double up in. That makes sense to me as Centreville is not really Luxury Apartment Land. Per the boundary map, it has 77 high school age students- presumably most or all are low-income. Based on those facts, draw your own conclusions as to why Seema Dixit---a Bull Run/Centreville HS parent who certainly knows the demographic makeup of that neighborhood as they attend Bull Run---chose to move just that one spot out of Centrevile HS.
