[/quote] You're late to this party. The other Bull Run areas put up a bigger fight, and it appears Seema Dixit and Sandy Anderson are coordinating to cherry pick poorer areas to backfill Westfield. They pick the areas least likely to object and leave other Centreville areas (including the neighborhood where Dixit lives) alone. Depending on your perspective, it makes no sense or it makes perfect sense. [/quote]
