This is what happens to a team of dedicated, talented, and happy 14 year old girls when you have an abusive and chaotic coach. DB should never be allowed to coach girls soccer again. He told half the team at his unprepared in person evaluations that this was his last game coaching while the other half of the team heard nothing. He frequently bails on the team; cancels meetings at the last second, shows up late to practice or the wrong field, or not at all. So he is done for the season?  [/quote] yup he apparently announced it to some of the team. Well a small group so far as apparently some parents weren’t aware on the sideline.  Faces were priceless.  Sounds like the cat’s out the bag in here.  Some even know where he is going.  Sad thing is the season is not completely over. So they got all that 👆 and bro sliding out the back.

Hope the new home is ready for the DB experience . Hopefully he thrives. DB cant control the practice fields and time or lack thereof.  The quality of practice however is squarely on him and cw. And he had the nerve to try to talk to old players to come over. Leave them alone!! They are happy and content.

Also thats 2 clubs in a row he left mid season. If the new home gets hot will he leave again?

Was this his own decision or the clubs. Also what happened with this guest player emergency? Sounds like a wild season ending.
