Not til tryouts. And yes, there is usually anywhere from 1-5 girls turning over. This year, Cap 28 blue moved 3 girls down and added two girls from outside and moved on Cap Orange up, and Cap Orange Cut 4 girls from the team and added two girls from outside of program.[/quote]

The responsibility to develop the player is on the player oddly enough. Capital provides very little in the way of practices and development. One must seek out lifting, speed, stick work, etc.  options on their own. It’s mind boggling how little you get for the 4k Capital price tag compared to other travel sports.[/quote]

Agreed, outside work is not uncommon for the best players. However, there is no inside work with Capital? Everything is outside.[/quote]

1000% - I assume the goal is to provide very little, then route girls to Healthy Baller for extra work. It becomes a money pit after a while.[/quote]
