If anyone leaves M&D or MDU, they will go to SW or HG. Cap Blue might get the SW girls that get replaced to tryout. Outside of those girls, there really aren’t many other girls that are close enough (southern BaCo, HoCo, AACo, Carroll, etc.) that Cap Blue would really want. So either they find some diamonds in the rough in the DC area, or basically just promote the BLC squad as a whole. Will be tough for them to improve a ton in the rankings, but holding at the 10-15 range is realistic. [/quote]
