Landon's close-defense, despite not having any D1 or D3 commits, has improved tremendously since the start of the season. Saint Mary's couldn't get anything going yesterday and Haveford's offense on Saturday looked way out of sync against the Bears.  If Landon's offense can play more consistent and if their players can learn to shoot, I fully expect the Bears to be back in the IAC title game.

On a different note, after watching Haveford on Saturday against the Bears, I would have thought McDonogh would have beat the Fords. Just goes to show you, anything can happen. I also caught the 2nd half stream of the GZ - BL game last night and Eagles showed they have the athletes to run with the best teams in the country. The game last night could have gone either way, BL goalie made some fantastic saves down the stretch. If GZ can stay focused, I fully expect them to be back in the WCAC ship in May. [/quote]
