People are about all the same top to bottom. Kindness goes a REALLY long way. College kids using daddy's credit card aren't going to get any special treatment, but I'll go out of my way to help someone who's taking uberX to get to a minimum-wage job if they ask for it. I'll even end the ride early in the app to charge the minimum fare ($5.40) if they happen to be getting me to the part of town I really need to be in.
