[/quote] It means that if you are a parent whose child commutes on their own-as they are perfectly old enough to do- but you have only been for parent events and not witnessed the Tenley after school scene you would be in for an eye opener. It may not be your kid, but you would probably not be happy with some of the kids behavior unless you favor blocking entrances, cursing loudly, occasionally public fighting, and petty mischief such as rock throwing traffic blocking and shop lifting.
