If something by its design causes alarm or reaction of any type by an official...... it is a hoax bomb. DOES NOT SPEAK WELL for the quality of science and tech education in the state of TX if people look at some circuits and think... OMG BOMB! I think some remedial Science and tech education should be put into place down there. From looking at their state science curriculum, batteries and circuits, bulbs etc are first taught in 9th or 10th grade.
