All the poor non-Asians!  The ones who want hand outs without doing the hard work-Asians lift themselves out of poverty through education-the other "minorities" do not do this sadly...[/quote]

Go to a local welfare or WIC office and see who is there---not too many Asians or Whites.....you can waste your time sitting on the welfare line, or you can stop poppin out babies at 15, go to school and study hard and maybe you can do well.[/quote]

I'm sure if you go to WV (example used by a prior PP), you'd see plenty of whites in the welfare line.  It just so happens that in the urban areas, the poor tend to be minorities.[/quote]
