If {Deal, Wilson} is overcrowded and DCPS needs to remove students but the "equal or better option" does not yet exist, what should be done? Your position seems to be to do nothing in that case. It seems to me that the crowding is not ideal but nor is it a crisis that should lead to people being re-assigned to a struggling MS/HS. [/quote]
