I don't debate crazy, but here goes. Yes, women and men are biologically different. Our reproductive cycles are different and regulated by different hormones.  Can you tell me how long mature sperm live in the epididymis before they die? Oh wait, that was covered in Bio 101, was it? Men, governed by that crazy testosterone, have to ejaculate all that sperm right out into the open, right? Or they get blue balls and die?

Who cares about the life of a sperm?

Its about the quantities of them relative to the quantities of eggs and about the consequences of conception for each gender

In all other areas of your life, you would consider the outcomes and make decisions that way.  Different outcomes mean different decisions.  Men and women have different outcomes.  Different decisions.
