For four summers when I was a kid, I went away to a camp where the campers were almost 100% Jewish (for reasons I have never understood; all I can think of is that awareness of the camp spread solely by word of mouth) but the camp was as secular as secular can be. They say it will not be a Jewish school but some are skeptical, and that's not only OK but to be expected. It's not unreasonable to assume that the school is going to attract largely Jews.
