Not at all. You must be very sheltered if you think anyone here is saying anything "beyond the pale."  You love her and think she can do no wrong.  That's fine. Other's may expect more from her after signing for the highest salary in women's soccer.

I realize some part of paying her that much is for marketing purposes because she is in no way the best female player in the world. However,  people will find it easy to criticize the highest paid player if they think she's not playing like the highest paid player.

Not talking about her popularity.  She is the tiktok queen and her dad was famous and she is dating a star tennis player.  She is one of the highest paid women's soccer players in the world.  She is not playing well and suddenly can't trap a ball while laying on the ground complaining and rolling out drama every game now.  Maybe she isn't fit after all the injuries.  Who knows...she has one year to clean it up.[/quote]
